Oreo Cream Filled Bundt Cake
Ingredients
Cake:
1 1/4 cups hot coffee
1 cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup plus 2 Tbs of canola oil [or vegetable oil]
Filling:
1 stick of unsalted butter, at room temp
2 cups powdered sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbs heavy cream
6 crushed Oreo’s
Topping:
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
2 Tbs heavy cream
4 crushed Oreo’s
